"Butterfly Sugar Skulls" 8x10 Canvas Class Ages 10+ 10/24/24

<div dir="auto" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font size="3">This class is an exploration of the Mexican Day of the Dead Celebration.&nbsp; Students will learn about the significance of the Monarch butterfly both to this Mexican tradition and our home state of Michigan and how the two are linked together through the migration of the Monarchs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></div><div dir="auto" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font size="3"><br></font></div><div dir="auto" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font size="3">Follow along as we break down the basics of drawing the shape of a skull and designing and decorating the image with elements of these majestic mariposas (butterflies) and traditional sugar skull (calavera) details.&nbsp; &nbsp;No experience necessary, all materials provided.&nbsp;</font></div><div dir="auto" style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font size="3"><br></font></div><span style="color: rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font size="3">Class starts promptly at listed time.&nbsp; This is a 2 hours class.&nbsp; Students will need the entire time to complete their painting.&nbsp; Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled, use the restroom, grab a snack/drink etc.&nbsp;</font></span><div><font><br></font></div><div><font>Ticket reservations are required for all classes a minimum of 24 hours before the event.</font></div>
