60 Mins Outdoor Yoga+Bootcamp

<b> Let's start our first weekend of June bright and early off to a good start with YOGA + Bootcamp!&nbsp;</b><div><br></div><div><i>This is Isabel's monthly bootcamp and a special section of yoga with Audrey from CorePower Yoga Queen Anne.&nbsp;</i></div><div><br></div><div>We will do a 30 minutes bootcamp on the grass (or under the covers of the PACCAR Pavillion if it's raining). Yes, that means (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training from lunges, to pushups to dips and many more! We will incorporate cardio throughout the workout from small bursts of sprints, to running in place, to small hill runs! I promise to try to make you sore the next day ;) Up for the challenge, then let's do it!&nbsp; </div><div><br></div><div><b>IT GETS BETTER: </b>after that HIIT, Audrey will lead us to an awesome 30 minutes yoga stretching.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><b>Meeting place: </b>Below the Olympic Sculpture Park stairs by Pier 70 (Alaskan &amp; Broad) by the father/son fountain&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><b>Workout start time</b> is 8:45AM. Please come 5 minutes early so we can start on time, thanks!&nbsp; </div><div><br></div><div><b>What to bring: </b>YES, please bring your yoga mats or towel if you don't have a mat. Street parking is available.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div><b style="font-style: italic;">We welcome your donation, however, we don't require it.
