- You and your guests paint and celebrate with the help of our Party Coordinator(s)
- Color Me Mine Princeton processes and fires your painted pottery in our kilns
- Party Host returns in 7-10 days to pick up all finished pieces and distribute to their guests
$200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date/time. Your remaining balance is due the day of the event along with Sales Tax.
Our Adult Event Pottery Package includes:
- Choice of pottery up to $30 (we can pull pieces for you or you can have your guests select right from the shelves). Prices over $30, you will pay the difference. If you have special pottery requests, we need two weeks’ notice to obtain the pieces.
- Dedicated Party Coordinators to assist you and your group with set-up, techniques, food, and all the fun!
- 2 hours to paint & celebrate with additional time available, if needed (additional cost).
- All painting tools, instructions, and aprons/smocks.
- Complimentary dinner plate for guests to sign at the event
- Extra space and tables for food, gifts, and favors, if any
- All pieces individually wrapped after firing, with a Thank You card and coupon for each guest.
- Party Host will pick up all pieces to distribute after firing. Reminder that we only hold finished pottery for 30 days.
- Option to purchase our Pizza Party Package (additional cost) or bring your own food, snacks, and/or cake.
- Free Online Invitations by E-Vite (scroll to the bottom of our Book a Party listing and you will see E-Vite Online e-invites).
- Staff Gratuity included in the package pricing.
- Choice of In-Studio, Outside, or Private In-Studio Private parties are an additional $400 fee and must be approved before you reserve by calling 609.581.9500.
Once you reserve your party, an email confirmation will be sent to you with important information. Please check your spam folder if you do not see this confirmation.
Available optional add-ons:
- Pizza Package ($150) - includes 3 large pizzas with choice of toppings plus 2 bottles of juice/soda/water. Additional pizzas available for $25 each. Generic plates, cups, and utensils will be provided with our pizza package, or you can bring your own theme-based paper products.
- Extra Half Hour ($75) – If you prefer to extend the duration of your event, please make this selection at check out. This cannot be added after you book your party.
- Private Studio Rental ($400): Based on availability and only for parties with 25 or more painters. Maximum number of total guests is 45 - NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE CALL THE STUDIO BEFORE BOOKING TO CHECK AVAILABILITY. 609-581-9500

· Minimum of 8 painters required for this package
· Maximum of 25 total guests (including supervisors/parents) – NO EXCEPTIONS unless you rent the entire studio.

YOUR PARTY DATE/TIME IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU REGISTER AND PAY YOUR DEPOSIT. PRIVATE PARTIES ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNLESS PRE-APPROVED.

Discounts and coupons cannot be used for parties or events.
- Specific pottery pieces cannot be guaranteed without at least two weeks’ notice.
- Discounts and coupons cannot be used for parties or events.
- We can only accommodate up to 25 total guests inside the studio (including painters and non/painters/guests/adults/parents).
- Our Pottery pieces require drying time, glazing, and kiln firing. Items painted at your event will be ready for pick up 7-10 days from the date of your party.
- Party host will need to pick up pieces when they are ready and distribute to their guests. We only hold pottery for 30 days.
- You may arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your event. Your Party Coordinator (s) will be able to help with set up. If you need additional time for set-up, please pay for an additional half hour (must be requested when you book your event).
- Our Party Manager will contact you the week of your party to confirm headcount and all details. Once your party has been confirmed, no additional changes can be made - this includes the location of your party (inside or outside), add-on services such as extra party time and pizza package, and pottery selections.
Cancellation Policy: Your $200 deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel and can provide at least ONE WEEK notice of cancellation, you may reschedule your event to a new date and time or use the amount toward a purchase in the studio within the next 90 days. Any event canceled with less than ONE WEEK notice will forfeit their deposit.
