In-store credits will be issued if notified prior to 24hrs before the event. No shows will not be refunded or given an in-store credit.

If you over-book an event (i.e. pay for 2 spots instead of 1), you have 24hrs from time of booking to notify us, and a direct refund will be issued. If notified 24hrs after booking, an in-store credit will be issued, no exceptions.

In the event Covid Restrictions are in place, and the event can't be done in the studio, each booking will be turned into a take home project with online/written instructions. All supplies needed will be loaned to the participant.
