Clay Pendant Party

The Art Garage

Clay pendants are so much fun to make and great for all ages!  Guests will learn all about the clay process and use fun tools & stamps to create their own wearable art.  Pendants will be painted during the party, too, and then stay at The Art Garage to be fired in the kiln.  We’ll gift wrap each guest’s pendants with a leather cord and they’re ready to pick up one week after your party!

Cost: $18 per guest
Our party rooms accommodate 8 - 24 guests.  If you want to hold a party that is under 8 participants our larger than 24, please call the studio 512-852-9900.   We are happy to help!

We are so excited to celebrate with you and your family!  Please, take note of the below items to make your party the best it can be!

Payment:
•    $50 deposit is non-refundable and may only be used for your party.  In the event your family needs to reschedule, please contact us asap.
•    Additional time of ½ hour may be reserved in advance for $25 per half hour.  Please note that due to scheduling, the party rooms must be vacated within 10 minutes of the time reserved.
•   Payment for the projects completed at the party is due at the end of the party.  You are not responsible for any no shows.

Guests:
•    Maximum of artists – 24.  Please note, there is reserved seating for artists only with limited standing room for parents.
•    Remind guests to dress for art.  If painting with acrylics or tie-dying, although we supply smocks and gloves, the paints and dyes are permanent and can stain clothing.  
•    Be sure to share our address and directions with your guests.  We will do our best to help late guests feel welcomed and participate in the art project.
•    All guests must remain in your reserved party room for the duration of your party.  Supervised children are welcome to explore the studio.
•    Mosaics, the-dye, and canvas paintings go home with your guest on the day of your party.  Glass fusion and pottery must be fired and will be ready in one week.  Party parents are responsible for redistributing these art projects to their guests.

Extras:
•    You may purchase water bottles from us, $1 each.
•    You may add a “Have Your Cake & Eat It, too!” package, which includes plates, forks, napkins, table cover, candles, cake cutter, lighter—everything you need for to have cake for 20 people for $35.
•    You are welcome to bring whatever decorations, snacks and drinks your family will enjoy.  
•    If you are having food delivered, have them arrive 30 minutes after the start of your party.
