( 40&nbsp;</span><span>max participants.)</span></li><li>A $100 non-refundable deposit/ rental room fee will be collected to secure your desired date and then applied to a 20% service charge added to your total bill at check out.&nbsp;</li><li><span>You are welcome to bring in food and drinks, as we have a specific area for that purpose. &nbsp;There are local restaurants and food markets that we can help you arrange for delivery, as well.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>A $10 banquet permit is required by the State of Washington for any on-site alcoholic beverages served.
