take-out group
1. the day before your group, stop in & get all the pottery & supplies you'll need for your group.
2. the day of your group - have fun painting pottery!!
3. the day after your group, bring back all the pottery & supplies & your pottery will be ready for pick-up in 1 week!
pottery options:
you can use the assorted choice options listed below or you can choose pottery when you come to the studio (if you have a specific theme, call us & you may be able to choose certain items that go with your theme!) & your group will get a group rate of:

7 to 9 = 5%off
10 to 14 = 10% off
15 to 24 = 15% off
25+ items = 20% off
schools, churches, non-profits, preschools, daycares, scouts & camps get 20%off with minimum 8 pottery items
pottery already discounted (instead of the rates above) - we send a variety:
$12 option: plain 6” tiles
$15 option: choice of a small items - figurines, coloring book 6” tiles, select ornaments
$20 option: choose from medium sized pottery items - great pieces including mugs, plates, bowls, banks, boxes & figures! (blue cabinet)
$25+ option: larger pieces - plates, designer mugs, cereal size bowls, figurines, miscellaneous kitchen essentials, boxes, banks, etc.
how to get started with your take-out group:
you will pay a $200 deposit online**,
which is the minimum for a take-out group.
when you come in the day before your group, you can choose the number of pottery pieces up to double the approximate number of people you are expecting in case you have people show up that didn't rsvp.

when you bring everything back, we will figure out the cost of the pottery painted & you will owe for any amount over the $200 booking deposit.
**organizations without a company credit card can book for $0 & mail a company check for the $200 deposit (the check must arrive at least 1 week before the group)

meg-art staff comes to you - it's just 3 easy steps:
1. provide us a room with tables & a water source
2. sign up 15-1000 painters :)
3. we do the rest! we come with everything we need to provide an awesome painting experience for your guests!

we take the pottery back to the studio for glaze/fire &
you will pick your pottery up 7 days later for 1 time groups or we will bring them back the next session (for weekly, bi-weekly & monthly groups - guests will also have the option to pick it up at the studio if they need it before the next group or if they can’t make it there to get it)
how to get started with your go-to group:
you will pay a $300 deposit*,
which is the minimum for a go-to group.
once we arrive & figure out your actual total, any additional will be owed the day of your group

fundraiser option for all groups: up-charge each painter $5-$10/person when you sign them up & you keep the difference!
deposits are non-refundable, but if you have to cancel, please give us just 1 day notice, and we can reschedule for another day/time or you can use the deposit amount for in-studio credit!
