Great for the busy mind!</div><div><br></div><div>This workshop is great for all levels with new techniques shown at each class.</div><div><br></div><div>You will learn the basics of needle felting, its history, use of tools and techniques to create your own sculpture. Each class is fun and friendly!</div><div><br></div><div>These make fabulous handmade gifts for friends and family or keep them for yourself and add a quirky touch to your sewing room – either way, you'll enjoy a very relaxing activity as you make your gorgeous DIY pin cushion.</div><div><br></div><div>At the end of the class, you'll walk away with a good understanding of your new favourite DIY craft (needle felting!) along with your adorable teacup pincushion.</div></div><div><br></div><div>What is needle felting? It is creating art by repeatedly "poking" wool roving with special needles, until the fibers are entangled and felted. This is an ancient and fun art form that has been passed along through the ages! Needle felting is relaxing, therapeutic, and very portable.</div></div></div><div><br></div><div>Stacey of Poke-It Felting started playing with wool in 2001 and began sharing this mindful, creative craft as a needle-felting instructor a few years ago.
