Spend a relaxing weekend learning an intuitive way of creating mosaics using stone, rocks, minerals, shells, glass tile and crockery.
Cathleen Newsham, professional mosaic artist and designer, will be your instructor and guide you through the process of designing and creating your own unique abstract composition. You will be supplied with a 12”x12” wood mosaic surface, specialty mastic to adhere your pieces to the substrate and a wealth of materials to build your mosaic. You are also welcome to bring your own tessera for this workshop. Hand-built whole and broken ceramics, shells, rocks or anything you have collected from the natural world will be ideal for this project and personalize your piece. <div><br></div><div>Please sign up on the Nov 10th date only, thanks.</div><div>This class needs a minimum of 6 people to run.</div><div><br></div>
