Please contact us at the studio to discuss alternatives if absolutely required.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font><br></font></font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="4"><b>Details&nbsp;</b>(for the detail oriented):<b>&nbsp;&nbsp;</b></font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">These 3-hour stand-alone workshops allow participants to get their hands dirty in a relaxed, small group learning atmosphere.&nbsp;</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Sessions begin with a demonstration and discussion of the clay throwing process.&nbsp; Your instructor will then lead you step-by-step, with as much or as little guidance as you need.&nbsp;</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">By the time we are done you’ll (most likely) have created a <i>number</i> of pieces.&nbsp; Just remember, <i><b>this is your experience</b> </i>so we encourage you&nbsp;to go at your own pace.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">Some pieces you'll be pleased with. Others... perhaps not so much.&nbsp; Just remember that&nbsp;<i>letting</i> yourself make a mess of it is a <b><i>big</i></b>&nbsp;part of the creative process. It's a bit like therapy... just way less expensive.</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">By the end of your session&nbsp;you'll&nbsp;be able to choose not one, but your<b><i> two</i></b> favourite pieces<b>&nbsp;</b>(eg. bowls, vases, mugs, plates) for us to dry and fire for you. Now how's&nbsp;<b><i>that</i></b>&nbsp;for value?</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">After (usually) two weeks, we'll&nbsp;reach out to let you know that your pieces are ready for you to come back in to paint.&nbsp;&nbsp;No appointment is required for this step; just drop in any time during regular studio hours.</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font size="3">With dozens of colours and specialty glazes to choose from, you'll have <i>lots</i> to inspire you on your return visit.&nbsp;&nbsp;About a week later, your one-of-a-kind kiln-fired creations will be ready to pick up.&nbsp;</font></p><p style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font><font size="3">Then, all that's left to do is&nbsp;show them off to friends, family, and random strangers on the street!
