Color Me Mine - Merivale

Looking for a fun event? Reserve our private Party Room to host the perfect creative activity!


Group Price:

$50 Room Fee + pieces + tax

Minimum 10 pieces at 10% off (if less than 10, no discount applied)

Item price is about $22-$40 per painter with discount applied. (We are happy to direct guests to specific areas to ensure you remain within budget.)

$50 Deposit paid online at the time of booking will be applied to bill day of event.


Includes:

2 hours in our semi private Party Room (additional time $25/hour)
Glazing and firing of all pieces
Unlimited use of paints, tools, and technique assistance.


*Our studio staff will help you get settled, give a paint explanation, and answer any questions you may have. However they may have other customers or tasks to do during your reservation. If you would like to have a staff dedicated to helping during your reservation an additional charge of $25/hour will be applied to your bill. We need at least 7 days notice to ensure staff availability.


Are you booking for a community group? Include your organization name in the booking and we'll give you a special discount if you qualify.


Community Group Price:

$50 Room Fee + pieces + tax

Minimum 6 pieces at 30% off

Item price is about $15-$30 per painter with discount applied. (We are happy to direct guests to specific areas to ensure you remain within budget.)

Dedicated Instructor to assist your event (at no extra charge)
2 hours in our Private Party Room (additional time $25/hour)
Color Me Mine Patch for each painter
Unlimited use of paints, tools, and technique assistance.


*This is a special discount for community groups such as Guides/scouts, retirement communities, churches/synagogues, sorority/fraternity, school groups, and special needs communities. Any bookings not associated with a community group will be priced according to Private Group Booking discount.

Booking secures your spot for 2 hours, if you would like to add additional time please contact the studio at Merivale@colormemine.com or all the studio at 613-224-8888.


Please note our Merivale studio is a small space. Party room capacity is 20 people, including non painting guests. If you have a larger group our Bayshore Studio can accommodate you.



Color Me Mine is, as always, non-toxic, lead free and food safe. No apron required while pottery painting as all paint is water-based washing right off hands or clothes with water!

 

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PAINTERS

Group Bookings must have at least 10 painting attendees to receive discount on pieces.

Minimum of 6 for community groups.

Should you need to adjust number of attendees after booking please call or email the studio to let us know so we can set up accordingly.

 

PARTY ROOM CAPACITY

Our Party Room can accommodate up to 20 people. That includes painters and non painting guests.

Our extended Party Room at Bayshore can accommodate up to 60 guests. If you have a group larger than 20 people, please email us at Merivale@colormemine.com to arrange extended room.

 

PARTY ROOM

Reservations are booked for 2 hours as that is the average painting time. If you would like to add time please email us to extend your reservation time. Each hour in the party room is $25 when available. 

 

FINISHED PIECE PICKUP and HANDLING 

Pottery will be ready for pick up 7 days after the date of your event and will be held for 30 days.

We aim for 100% success when firing; however, with art this is not always attainable and some items may get damaged during the kiln process. Studio credits will be issued in this case.

Mugs, plates, bowls, etc. are food safe after the firing process is complete.

 

DECORATIONS

You are welcome to decorate. We ask that you use paint friendly tape. 

Confetti, glitter, and pinatas are not permitted in the studio.

Any helium balloons must remain on a weight for the duration of your event.

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

We require 24 hour notice of cancellation, booking can be moved to another day or deposit can be issued as studio credit. All sales are final, no refunds will be issued. 

Color Me Mine reserves the right to cancel reservations for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified prior to booked time and refunded.
