$400 Private Party Fee includes:
*our full studio for your private party
* studio fees for up to 75 painters, minimum 51 painters - covers the paints, glazing & firing of the pieces in our kiln
*if you have less than 51 painters see our separate listing for a party room or half party room rental
* two hours in our studio
* studio technicians to help set-up, instruct & clean up
*rental fee does not include price of pottery, gratuity & tax.
TIP: With 3 weeks notice we can special order items for your group to paint or they can pick anything from our shelves. Pottery pieces start at $20. A budget of $22 per kid or $30 per adult provides a great selection for your guests to choose from.
Tax & 15% gratuity will be added to total price of pieces.
Please allow 10 days from date of painting for pick-up as we further process your pieces in our kiln. Finished pieces will be wrapped and bagged separately and labeled with each painter's name for pick up by the party host.
Party rentals are 2 hours. Items can be brought back to finish at no additional charge or take home paints & finish painting at home then return for glazing and firing in our kiln.
Set up available 30 minutes before the party. Please feel free to bring in cake, food, and decorations to customize your event! Decorations cannot be hung on walls. Please no glitter!

Pieces will be available for pick up 10 days following the party. Pieces will be bagged & labeled individually but must all be picked up by host.
Studio discounts do not apply to party room events. Deposit is non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event. However, we will make every attempt to accommodate your request to change your date and time if necessary.
Minimum Notice for Booking Online: Please give us at least 12 days notice before booking a full studio party online! Many customers make painting reservations more than a week in advance.
