Semi-Private / Party Room Party:

Includes:
- Use of Party Room for two (2) hours for UP TO 18 TOTAL PEOPLE (18 people includes available space for both painters and non-painters)
- Studio Fees for ALL painters
- A dedicated crew member to help set-up, instruct and clean up
- Complimentary handprint plate for guest of honor
- glazing and firing of all pieces
- coupons for each painter to enjoy on a future visit

Set up time is 15 minutes before party.

You may bring in cake, food and decorations to customize your event!

Pricing:
- Party Fee of $199 plus tax for all Semi-Private Parties held Monday - Thursday (excluding holidays), plus cost of selected ceramics, plus sales tax, plus 18% gratuity on total party cost to your party host.  

- Party Fee of $249 plus tax for all Semi-Private Parties held Friday (excluding holidays), plus cost of selected ceramics, plus sales tax, plus 18% gratuity on total party cost to your party host.

- Party Fee of $289 plus tax for all Semi-Private Parties held Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, plus cost of selected ceramics, plus sales tax, plus 18% gratuity on total party cost to your party host.

Applicable Party Fee is required in advance to book your Semi-Private Party.  Selected ceramics, sales tax and 18% gratuity on total party cost paid at the time of the Semi-Private Party.  

- $15 per each additional PERSON above 18 total in attendance at the party.  This charge will be assessed regardless of whether the additional person is painting or not and does NOT include the cost of any ceramic piece.  We appreciate your understanding of the additional space that is required for your additional guests, which prevents us from seating other full-paying guests in those spaces.

Semi-Private Parties may be held during any available 2-hour time slot during daily operating hours.  


EFFECTIVE AS OF 2/27/2023:

* Total party cost is as described in Overview section above.  

* Need Extra Time? If you would like to extend the time of your Semi-Private party, additional time is available in 30 minute increments at the rate of $100 per 30 minutes for a Monday - Thursday (excluding Holidays) party, $150 per 30 minutes for a Friday (excluding Holidays) party, and $200 per 30 minutes for a Semi-Private party held on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.  Thank you for your understanding that this extra time prevents us from seating tables to other full pay customers during. 

* Rescheduled Parties: Accepted more than 7 days in advance for a $100 Party Change Fee.  Parties rescheduled within 7 days forfeit the Party Fee and may rebook by paying another Party Fee.  We appreciate your understanding of and respect for our staffing, inventory and the other costs that we incur in advance of your party date and time that are related directly to your party.

* Cancellations more than 7 days prior to the party date/time will receive the Party Fee in the form of Store Credit for use at a later date for a rescheduled party, Kids Night Out, general studio painting time, other party packages and/or Workshops at Color Me Mine Valencia only.

* No shows or cancellations within 7 days of the party date/time will not be eligible for credit, as scheduling of our employees is already completed at that time, and those spaces could have been used for another party who wanted to book but was not able to due to this booking.  We appreciate your understanding.

* There are no refunds offered, but Store Credit offered as noted above does not expire. 

* We thank you in advance for respecting our preparation and cleanup time, therefore we cannot accommodate early set-ups or parties that go beyond the contracted end time without prior discussion and agreement.  We do not allow items to be dropped off at any time in advance of your party (besides the 15-20 minute allowed setup time) due to our necessity of having the space for other groups.  Additional setup, cleanup, or party time is subject to additional fees without exception.

* Due to the nature of the space we are providing for your event, you may bring food and beverages and decorations to enhance the space to your theme, however, NO confetti or noisemakers of any kind are allowed to be used inside our studio at any time.

* Please note that alcohol is ONLY allowed for private parties (ie/full studio rent-out) and at special events that are noted as BYOB.

* Inappropriate behavior may result in members of your party being restricted from attending future Studio events.  Thank you for helping us ensure a safe, fun, and friendly environment for all to create and enjoy!

* Party host agrees and assumes responsibility for ensuring all guests adhere to state and local mandates and regulations regarding facial coverings and consumption of food and beverages that are in effect at the time of the party.
