Studio Party Terms & Conditions

1. No more than 16 painters for a party.

2. For children's birthday parties, only up to 2-3 parents may stay per party.

3. A $30 charge is applied if the party runs over the scheduled time slot.

4. No more than 52 painters for private/large parties and only with prior authorization from management.

5. Retail packaged food only - nothing homemade due to allergies. ANY PARTIES BOOKED AFTER 03/01/22 ARE LIMITED TO CUPCAKES OR CAKE AND DRINKS ONLY. NO ADDITIONAL FOOD DURING PARTIES.

6. NO NUTS OR PEPPERMINT IN THE STUDIO due to staff allergies.

7. $50 Non-refundable booking fee. Booking fee is not applied to the cost of ceramics. Total minimum charge for parties (excluding birthday parties) are the $50 booking fee. Total minimum charges for birthday parties are the $50 non-refundable booking fee plus $200 for up to 8 painters. $30 for each additional painter up to 16 total painters.

8. Rescheduling allowed up until 7 days before the scheduled party. Refunds allowed with 14-day notice but will incur a 5% credit card fee.

All Terms & Conditions are listed on the booking site and are received via party confirmation email. Failure to comply with the agreed upon terms will result in a cancelled party with no refund. Thank you for your understanding.
