POLICY FOR PHOTO SESSIONS, DEPOSITS, AND PRINTS

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents me from shooting on a scheduled date, we will find a convenient date to reschedule. If the client fails to attend the photo session on the scheduled date and time, no refund will be given. If you need to reschedule a portrait session, please give me a notice as soon as possible and I will be more then happy to reschedule a different date and time for your session. There will be no refunds of your deposit if you cancel your session.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the time and effort I put into each and every session before, during, and after the session, I have a strict no refund policy. Once a transaction has been completed, it is considered non-refundable. Refunds will not be given due to "not liking a photo" or for any other reason. Cherished Impressions Photography does of course guarantee that the portraits you receive meet the highest standards.

If for any reason you should have any problems with your photos then you would contact me first and give me a chance to make any necessary corrections.
