- 2 HOUR PRIVATE 'OVER THE TOP' UPSTAIRS SCOUTS PACKAGE FEE: $160 Additional party hours can be purchased for $75 per hour (Advanced reservations of additional hours are required. Please call our studio to book additional hours)
- PLUS price of ceramics chosen to paint. You will receive a 20% Scout discount on ceramics if it's a SCOUT paid event. A minimum ceramic purchase of $200 is required. You are welcome to PRE-SELECT ceramic items for your group to choose from (highly recommended) and we will hold them until the date of your party.

PART-TEAM PACKAGE DETAILS:- No additional paint fees for UP TO 16 painters.
- This TEAM package is ideal for 8-14 painters. (+$10 per additional painter) MAXIMUM capacity for this room is 20. Please consider our Private Party Package if more than 20 people will be attending - even if they are not painting.
- 1 dedicated COLOR ME MINE staff member to assist painters

- 30 minutes optional "early arrival" for YOU (if you'd like to arrive BEFORE your Troops)
- 30 minutes "after party time" for US to clean-up after your party

- If this time is not showing as available, please CALL US. Some evening events are based on staff availability.
- We help with the set-up of your party and we do all of the clean-up!
- YOU are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to prepare for your TROOP's arrival
- You are welcome to bring your own food & beverages for your TROOPS (food should be offered AFTER they paint. Please bring your own plates, cups, napkins, utensils, etc.)
- Please ask your TROOPS to attend during the PARTY TIMES only
- The additional 30 minutes after party ends is reserved for US to help you gather all of your items to take home, and for US to clean room and prepare it for the next PARTY TIME.
- After the party ends, the pottery needs to be left with us to glaze and fire (at no additional charge). Your TROOP'S items will be ready for YOU to pick up in about 7-10 days. Each item will be individually bagged, with each painter's name on the bag, so it can easily be identified. Party Host should pick everything up and make arrangements to distribute them to their TROOP.

● $100 deposit is required to hold the date and time for your event and is non-
refundable. Host/Painters will be billed for pottery selections plus sales tax and a 18% gratuity on the day of the event. You may adjust the gratuity amount higher, at your own discretion.
● Our pottery pieces require kiln firing! Items painted at your event will be over-glazed and fired in our kilns and ready for pick-up in 7-10 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The Party Room Rental Fee Deposit is non-refundable. If you provide at least 24 hours notice you may apply your deposit to an event on any available date or time within the next 90 days or a purchase in the studio within the next 90 days. Any event cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the rental fee.
