Wheel Workshops (Adults)

Join us for one of our creative pottery wheel workshops! Each workshop has a different theme/project and will be led by one of our wheel instructors. Each session includes time on the wheel to create a vessel then use of slab roller and guidance implementing hand-building skills to create a one of kind masterpiece.&nbsp; This class is best for guests who have taken a wheel try-it or beginner class or those who have some experience on the wheel but is also open to beginners.&nbsp;&nbsp;<div><br></div><div><b>Dates/Themes:&nbsp;</b></div><div><br></div><div><b>Thursday, Oct. 3: Halloween/Fall Luminaries&nbsp;</b></div><div>Create two luminaries with Nate. Choose your own design such as Jack o' lanterns, skulls, mummies, fall leaves, etc. Use the pottery wheel to create the base and then work with Nate to carve your design on your two pieces. Choose your glaze base before you leave. Fired and glazed pieces will be ready to pick up <b>October 15th</b>.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;$65 per person/$120 per pair/all inclusive</div><div><br></div><div><b>Thursday, Oct 17: Cauldron Container</b></div><div><div>Create cauldron container with Nate.&nbsp; &nbsp;Use the pottery wheel to create the base and then work with Nate to add on handles, feet, and other shapes. Choose your glaze base before you leave. Fired and glazed pieces will be ready to pick up <b>October 26th</b>.&nbsp;</div><div>$65 per person/$120 per pair/all inclusive</div><div><br></div></div><div><b>Thursday, Oct. 24: Pumpkin Mugs</b></div><div>Create a Halloween or Harvest mug with Nate.&nbsp; Use the pottery wheel to create the mug and then work with Nate to add a handle, carve your pumpkin design, and add on any other designs, such as leaves and vines.
