  • What is PlaceFull?

    PlaceFull is an online marketplace for parties, events and activities!

  • What type of listing can I book on PlaceFull?

    1. "Book Now" – requires full payment at checkout.
    2. "Reserve Now" – requires full payment on the day of the event.
    3. "Send Inquiry" – no payment necessary, just requesting information about the listing.
  • How do I Book a Listing on PlaceFull?

    After discovering the perfect listing, select the day/time and begin the checkout process. Proceed by entering your name, email, credit card information and then hit purchase. Shortly after, you will receive a booking confirmation email from PlaceFull!

  • How much does it cost to book a listing?

    There are no fees associated with using the marketplace. All prices are set by the merchant and can be viewed on the details page of the listing.

  • Does PlaceFull send booking confirmation emails?

    Yes, after you click purchase in the checkout process you will immediately receive a booking confirmation email. The merchant also receives an email with your contact information in case anything needs to be discussed prior to the party, event or activity.

  • Do I need to create an account to book a listing?

    No. However creating an account will allow you to view your past booking history, leave reviews and favorite different listings. Plus you get to become an official PlaceFull account holder!

  • What do I do if I forgot my password?

    Click the login link at the top of the page and then click the "Forgot my password" link to have it reset. If you are using a Facebook account then you will need to go to Facebook and reset your password using the Facebook user interface.

  • Does PlaceFull store my credit card information?

    No. PlaceFull and the merchant do not have access to your credit card information. This information is collected at the time of the booking and sent securely to ProPay, our merchant gateway provider who is responsible for charging the card and encrypting your information

  • How do you process payments?

    All payments are processed securely through ProPay. PlaceFull accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    All cancellations should be initiated with the merchant associated with the listing. Please review your booking confirmation email to find their contact information.

  • Do I need to print my confirmation page?

    No, unless clearly stated by the merchant in the listing description. However, it is always a good idea to know your booking confirmation number.

Event Insurance

Host events with peace of mind

PlaceFull makes it easy to protect spaces and event planners from major accidents with event insurance. We've partnered with a trusted third-party insurance vendor so that you may purchase up to $1 million in coverage at an affordable rate.

Event insurance is temporary, affordable coverage that protects both the renter and the space provider from paying damages. A space may require it for larger groups or potentially larger damages.

How it works

  1. Some spaces may decide to require event insurance. (If they do, it will be listed in their Terms of Service.) Planners may choose to purchase their own insurance for peace of mind, too.
  2. Submit a purchase request to the insurance company by filling out the form below prior to the event. You will be contacted shortly by a representative with more information.
  3. Send a copy of your insurance purchase prior to your event date to the space provider. Bring a copy with you to the event--just in case!
